Bryn Afon Guest House - Reservation Terms

Reservation Cancellation, Postponement or Alteration

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Bryn Afon Guest House.
In the event of Cancellation, Postponement, Alteration (including reduction of numbers) our clients maximum liability is a percentage of the total amount of their reservation cost subject to a minimum fixed amount. The table below shows the formula used to calculate charges in any of reservation change:

more than 30 days 10% (subject to a minimum of £25.00)*
more than 7 days 50% (subject to a minimum of £50.00)*
more than 48 hours 75% (subject to a minimum of £50.00)*
less than 48 hours (or client fails to arrive)* 100%


All amounts are due within 7 days of the notice of change to the clients reservation or immediately in the event the client fails to arrive on their check-in date.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from any charges due and the difference invoiced accordingly however if charges are less than the deposit then the difference will not be refunded.

Reservation Confirmation
We recommend you do not travel until you have received a Final Reservation Confirmation email or letter from Bryn Afon Guest House.

Please note that a Provisional Reservation Confirmation email does not mean that your reservation is complete and should not be relied upon as a guarantee that accommodation will be available for you.

Children
Bryn Afon Guest House is not suitable accommodation for children under 6 years of age and therefore children under 6 years of age will not be accommodated under any circumstances.

By completing a reservation enquiry you automatically imply that any children will be at least 6 years old prior to the reservation check-in date.
