All bedrooms are well appointed and have central heating, beverage tray, TV and most are en-suite. The bedrooms at the front of the house have stunning views over the river and waterfall; most of those at the side
of the house overlook the mountains and River Llugwy - a wonderful sight to wake up to!

Our compact Double en-suite rooms are most suitable to those staying for just 2 or 3 nights. We recommend rooms 2, 5 or 6 for longer stays and room No.3 is our only Twin room.

Compact Double en-suite £65
We have two compact double en-suite rooms. Compact doubles are most suitable for shorter breaks (perhaps up to 4 nights).
All double rooms have a standard double bed and dual aspect windows allowing natural light from two directions. Room 1 enjoys views over the River Lugwy to the side and views of the fields. more info

Views to the rear overlooking neighbouring garden and fields, and view to the side of the Memorial Hall across the road.

Double en-suite £75
Always popular with repeat guests, this double has the most direct views of the spectacular Pont-y-Pair (the 500 year old stone bridge) and River Llugwy falls.
The river always flows and can rise 20' in less than a day - a spectacular sight to see! more info
Double + private shower suite £75
This double room has a separate private shower suite (not en-suite). The shower suite is not shared with other guests and is directly opposite the bedroom.
This popular second floor room has views overlooking the River Llugwy & fields behind. more info
Twin en-suite £75
Our only twin en-suite room has two single beds (3' wide) and views from the front of the room overlook Pont-y-Pair and the River Llugwy.
As with our double rooms, this room has dual aspect windows allowing in natural light. more info
Mini Suite £85
Our most popular room has a spacious en-suite, cosy sitting area and double bedroom. Like room No.2 this room also enjoys spectacular views overlooking the Pont-y-Pair bridge and River Llugwy falls.
This second floor room has a little extra space making it especially suitable for those on a longer break. more info
