Bryn Afon Guest House - Reservation Terms & Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Balance Payment

All prices are per room, per night and include breakfast and car parking. All prices include VAT/local taxes.

To secure a reservation a deposit is required. Deposits can be made by UK debit cards, credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) or UK Bankers cheque.

The balance of the reservation cost is payable in either Cash, UK debit cards, Credit card (VISA or Master card) or Pound Sterling Travellers Cheques.

Cancellation and non-arrival

• Cancellation of room(s) more than 72 hours in advance of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equlivilent to the cost of the first nights stay for each room cancelled.
• Cancellation of room(s) within 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equlivilent to the cost of the first nights stay for each room cancelled, plus the remainder of the balance of the total cost of the original reservation less any amount we are able to receive by re-letting the room(s).
• Guests not arriving by the agreed check-in date and time without prior notification of cancellation or late arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the outstanding balance of the original reservation, regardless of whether room(s) are re-let for any dates during the original reservation period.

We recommend guests consider purchasing a Travel Insurance Policy particularly for reservations of multiple nights and / or rooms.

Reservation Confirmation

We recommend you do not travel until you have received a Final Reservation Confirmation email or letter from Bryn Afon Guest House.

Please note that a Provisional Reservation Confirmation email does not mean that your reservation is complete and should not be relied upon as a guarantee that accommodation will be available for you.

Children

Bryn Afon Guest House is not suitable accommodation for children under 10 years of age and therefore children under 10 years of age will not be accommodated under any circumstances.

By completing a reservation enquiry you automatically imply that any children will be at least 10 years old prior to the reservation check-in date.
